This update will apply automatically to the Fast-Weigh Web Portal overnight.

Web Portal Updates

Billing Screen - Filter Tickets by Invoiced or Not Invoiced
  • The billing screen now has the option to filter tickets by whether or not the ticket has already been invoiced.
Billing Screen - Updating PO Number for Tickets
  • We've also added the ability to update the PO number for specific tickets or all tickets. The update PO Number for all tickets, check the "Apply to all selected tickets" box.
  • From the same pop-up window, you can also save the new PO number as the default PO for the order.

Orders Screen: Customer Credit Status
  • The Orders grid now includes a Credit Status column displaying the customer's credit status. Additionally, this column allows you to filter by up to two conditions. Example:

OTHER CHANGES & FIXES
  • On the Orders screen, the Edit and Delete buttons have been moved to the right edge of the grid to match other screens.
  • Fixed issue where users were occasionally unable to send reset emails from the User Administration screen.
